What does a Birth Package include?
• The education and calm support of a highly experienced doula throughout your pregnancy and birth
• Prenatals to discuss techniques to provide comfort during pregnancy, Spinning Babies® practices, practical hospital needs, birthing options available to you and to help me understand your specific needs
• Prenatals to learn labor comfort measures, relaxation skills, and practice communication strategies for labor
• Evidence based explanations of your birth plan options and preferences
• Support 24/7 via phone and email from the signing of the contract
• On-call availability for the month around your due date
• Text, phone support until you want my personal presence
• In home and hospital in person support for you and your birth team during labor, including rebozo techniques
• Postpartum visit for birth reflection, practical postpartum care and newborn education
• Birth photos, as I’m available to provide
• Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
• Perinatal resources and specialized referrals to local practitioners
